Flying Brother is Watching You
Today, a light aircraft was flying in consistent circles over my house at quite a low altitude. It had an open side door and it looked like it was probably taking pictures of the area.
Interestingly, is you search online with the registration number of the plane, G-EELS, it brings back a number of interesting results that suggest that this plane's main job when not carrying cameras or tourists, is ferrying live eels around (hence the registration letters).
Anyway, blowing up one of the photos that I took seems to show the camera equipment. I've no idea what this equipment should look like, but this seems to have multiple lenses. Could this be the appearance of 3D images in Google Maps or Bing Maps?
